If output fails, reject and reroute. No partial credit.
Handover requirement
If the person who built the agent stack disappears, the system should still run.

AI should reduce operational friction, not shift risk into hidden context.
If your team cannot explain the workflow in one page and run it with a new operator next week, the system is not ready.
